About The Position

Encore Senior Living seeks an LPN/RN for a part-time second-shift role. The position is described as a Med Aid role responsible for administering medications to residents and assisting with their daily care and routines. The employee stores medications and equipment properly, keeps the medication room clean and orderly, maintains accurate medication distribution records, and ensures prescription labels and storage procedures meet state standards. The role also involves monitoring residents’ health, safety, and well-being; promptly reporting changes in physical condition or behavior to the Wellness Director; and assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• In Illinois, must be a Licensed Nurse.

Responsibilities
