About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring licensed practical nurses and registered nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Columbia, Missouri. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes according to the physician’s care plan. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. The listed day-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Missouri nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
