About The Position

Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN or RN (FT Days) to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. The role involves assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promoting an independent lifestyle. It also includes identifying resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans, and re-assessing residents. The nurse provides daily reports to the Director of Health Services, delivers nursing care according to physician's orders and established standards, and ensures preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services are provided, coordinating nursing care with other disciplines.

Requirements

Current nursing license valid in state worked
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
Must be willing to keep up with trainings (with our company's Relias software)

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
