About The Position
Carewise Solutions is seeking LPNs/RNs for night shift nursing contracts in Tampa. This role offers a relaxed, community-based environment with moderate acuity patients. The position provides a 1:6 patient ratio and support from RT & CNA staff for charting and med pass. We offer 12-hour shifts and initiative and retention bonuses. The hiring process is quick for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, hospice, rehab, or acute care
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a community-based environment with moderate acuity patients.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:6.
- Collaborate with RT & CNA staff for charting and med pass.
- Work 12-hour shifts.
- Complete AHCA Level 2 background screening.
- Complete screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse per Florida House Bill 531 (2025).
