LPN/RN - Part Time Night Shift
About The Position
Circleville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN for their Part-Time Night Shift team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a quieter environment, enjoy building meaningful connections with residents, and can handle unexpected situations with confidence. The position involves providing exceptional nursing care throughout the night, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, supervising STNAs, collaborating with physicians and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be a calm, confident presence for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Hold a current Ohio LPN or RN license
- Have a passion for resident-centered care
- Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
- Stay organized and focused during busy shifts
- Can think critically and make sound clinical decisions
- Believe that kindness is just as important as clinical skills
- Understand that every resident deserves excellent care, regardless of the hour
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional nursing care to our residents throughout the night
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring resident conditions and responding to changes
- Supervising and supporting STNAs
