About The Position

Allegria Village is seeking passionate, reliable, compassionate, and hard-working Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Skilled Nursing facility. This role is a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents. Allegria Village is one of the largest senior living communities in the United States, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing on a single campus in Dearborn. Available shifts include full-time and part-time options for afternoon and night shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehab settings
• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification required
• Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
• Current license in the State of Michigan
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, push, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
• Comfortable working around individuals with communicable diseases

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, compassionate nursing care that meets or exceeds community standards
• Ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Administering and documenting medications (including narcotics) accurately and responsibly
• Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations
• Communicating clearly with residents and families about care plans and progress
• Keeping detailed, regulation-compliant documentation
• Participating in meetings, trainings, and continuous education
• Supporting the team and stepping in wherever needed
