About The Position

Elite Home Care, Day Centers and Transportation provides Non-Medical In-Home Care, Medical Adult Day Care and Non-Emergency Transportation across the state of South Carolina. These services are offered to Seniors and Adults with specialized care needs who desire to continue living at home or with loved ones in the community. Elite Day Center of Columbia is seeking a part-time LPN/RN who is self-motivated and very organized. This position involves medication administration, staff training and orientation, record maintenance, and assisting the Administrator with daily duties. The Nurse will also oversee Member Assistants to ensure an active, safe, and clean environment for center members.

Requirements

• Experience in clinically working with older adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings and/or with Adults with Disabilities & Special Needs
• Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnosis
• Nursing Degree in good standing
• Current CPR Certification
• Clean Background check and drug screen
