About The Position

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a fun, supportive, and people-first environment. We are currently seeking a Part Time Weekend Warrior LPN/RN for our facility in Aurora, OH. This position offers a competitive pay rate and a schedule of every Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required
- Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN in Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support STNA team members
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
- Assist with staff orientation and training
