About The Position
Matrix Home Care is actively seeking experienced English-speaking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight private duty home care shifts in the Miami Gardens area. This role involves one-on-one patient care in a home setting, providing skilled nursing care and monitoring throughout the shift. Responsibilities include trach care, respiratory monitoring, feeding tube management, medication administration, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Trach care experience required
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation
- English-speaking
Nice To Haves
- Home care or private duty experience preferred
- Feeding tube experience preferred
