LPN - Private Duty Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for intentional one-to-one care to join our Allegheny County skilled nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Private duty nursing offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s) and involves hands-on care with one client, building client relationships and watching their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. Your day will involve traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments, and monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
