Night Shift - LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the homes of infants, children, and adolescents. This role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to their active plan of care, involving ongoing patient assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, care coordination, and educating family members. The position emphasizes preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
