About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs & RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing opportunity where relationships matter and your care makes a visible impact. You will deliver skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs, build genuine relationships with patients, and become a trusted partner to their families. Your work will help keep families together by supporting children as they grow and thrive at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
