About The Position
This position offers a $3000.00 sign-on bonus for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Private Duty Nursing (PDN). It provides an escape from the fast-paced hospital environment, offering a slower, more meaningful way to practice nursing through personalized, one-on-one care in a peaceful small-town setting. The role focuses on individualized, in-home nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition, assisting with daily living needs, and building strong relationships with patients and families. Requirements
- Active LPN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, in-home nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
- Assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan
