Weekend/Overnights - LPN / RN Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on delivering care according to physician orders and active plans of care, conducting ongoing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, and educating family members to ensure positive outcomes and protect the quality of care. The position offers flexible scheduling with day, night, and weekend shifts available, including 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour options.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
