About The Position
Phoenix provides exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing opportunity where relationships matter and your care makes a visible impact. You will step away from crowded units and into a focused, one-on-one care environment where your skills and presence truly matter. Specialized care includes delivering skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs. You will build genuine relationships with patients and become a trusted partner to their families, helping to keep families together by supporting children as they grow and thrive in their homes.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
