About The Position
Phoenix Home Health is seeking LPNs or RNs for private duty nursing in Centralia, MO. This role involves providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children and young adults, building trusting relationships with patients and their families, and following individualized plans of care. You will work independently with support from a responsive clinical team. We offer premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights.
Requirements
- LPN or RN license
