About The Position
Phoenix Home Health is seeking LPNs or RNs for private duty nursing opportunities in Centralia, MO. This role involves providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children and young adults, building trusting relationships with patients and their families, and following individualized plans of care. While working independently, nurses will have the support of a responsive clinical team.
Requirements
- LPN or RN license
- Experience in home care or private duty nursing is a plus, but not strictly required as the focus is on finding the right fit.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships
