About The Position

Brookdale Country Day Road is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a Senior Living community supporting our Residents through Assisted Living. Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualification.
• Experience in a senior living or assisted living setting is implied by the role.
• Willingness to work in an environment focused on resident well-being and hospitality.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to support residents in groups and 1:1 settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support within an Assisted Living environment.
• Coordinate wellness programs for residents.
• Collaborate with a team of Licensed Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

• Uphold industry standards in clinical care.
