About The Position
The Northeast Georgia Health System LPN Residency Program is a structured and comprehensive 12-month program for Licensed Practical Nurses with less than one year of experience as an LPN in an acute care setting. The program supports your transition into professional nursing practice through orientation with a dedicated preceptor, dedicated mentors, nurse manager, nurse coordinators, use of state-of-the-art simulation labs, quarterly seminars, and didactic learning.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurses with less than one year of experience as an LPN in an acute care setting.
- Must be part of the Winter 2027 Cohort.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12-month LPN Residency Program.
