The Operations Analyst Program is an early-career development opportunity for driven recent and soon-to-be graduates who want to launch a career at the intersection of investment management, operations, data, and technology. Analysts use analytical, technical, and collaborative skills to help deliver operational excellence, solve business challenges, and improve outcomes for clients. As investment operations evolve through data, automation, and AI, analysts gain hands-on experience supporting business-critical investment processes while helping identify opportunities to improve how work gets done. Through ownership of operational processes and exposure to continuous improvement, data analytics, automation, workflow design, and AI, analysts strengthen controls, improve decision-making, and contribute to scalable solutions that support clients and business growth. Over three weeks, Analysts begin as a cohort with an immersion in Parametric's investment strategies, operating model, and Operations organization. Following onboarding, analysts join teams supporting Market, Client, or Control functions, where they develop domain expertise, learn business-critical workflows, and build an end-to-end understanding of how Operations supports clients, portfolios, risk management, and business growth. Operations teams are responsible for the execution, oversight, servicing, and control activities that support the investment lifecycle. Analysts work closely with teammates and stakeholders across the organization to execute processes accurately, resolve operational challenges, improve controls, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. In addition to their core team responsibilities, analysts may collaborate with specialized teams within Operations focused on process transformation, analytics, workflow modernization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Partnering with subject matter experts across Market, Client, and Control functions to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and implement scalable improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. Through this partnership, analysts may gain exposure to transformation initiatives while continuing to build deep operational expertise. The program is designed for people who are curious about how businesses operate, motivated to improve processes, and eager to continue learning. As business needs evolve, analysts may gain exposure to different Operations functions, participate in cross-functional initiatives, or contribute to transformation efforts, broadening their knowledge, experience, and skill sets.
