About The Position
Supports and provides safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for pediatric through aging adult patients affected by chronic illness or disabilities under the supervision of a registered nurse. Key accountabilities include: communicating patient data for planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; using critical thinking skills and evidence-based practice; supporting Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and actively participating in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa
- Basic Life Support Training
- No experience required
