About The Position
A busy medical practice is seeking a professional and detail-oriented LPN or RN to join the team. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (Florida)
- Phlebotomy experience required
- IV placement experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional and patient-focused demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a medical office or outpatient setting preferred
- Spanish-speaking ability preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake, vitals, and clinical care
- Support physicians during exams and procedures
- Administer medications, injections, and IVs
- Perform phlebotomy and lab-related tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate patient care, follow-ups, and communication
- Ensure exam rooms are prepared and stocked
- Provide excellent patient care and education
