About The Position

BAYADA is hiring LPNs for private duty home care across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland county. This role involves providing one-to-one care for adult and pediatric patients with various diagnoses in their homes. LPNs/LVNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools have transferable skills suitable for this position. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools.
• Commitment to ongoing weekend shifts with high acuity (Trach/Vent) clients for potential higher hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one home care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Premature Birth, and Seizure Disorder.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client per shift.
