LPN - Overnight 1:1
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care for our overnight shifts to join our North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. BAYADA offers a different approach to care, where you care for one client at a time in their home, allowing you to slow down, be present, and make a difference for both the patient and their family. The role offers consistency in schedule and patient relationships by matching you with 1-2 ongoing cases that fit your availability, enabling you to build meaningful, long-term relationships and provide consistent care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
- Commitment to one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
- Minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month required
- Shifts must be a minimum of 8 hours to qualify for incentive
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
- Monitor and assess client conditions
- Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
