About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care for our overnight shifts to join our North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. BAYADA offers a different approach to nursing, focusing on one-on-one patient care in the home, allowing nurses to slow down, be present, and make a significant difference for patients and their families. The role emphasizes consistency in schedule and patient relationships, with opportunities to build meaningful, long-term connections through ongoing cases that fit the nurse's availability.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Commitment to one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
• Minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month required
• Shifts must be a minimum of 8 hours to qualify for incentive

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
