About The Position

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking dedicated LPNs or RNs to join their Medically Complex Program, which serves youth with complex medical needs requiring 24-hour nursing care. Many of these youth may have sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or require medical equipment. The program utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to meet individual needs and provide enriching opportunities for growth. The goal is to help each child reach their full potential. Nurses at Devereux work with passionate professionals, have the opportunity to work closely with vulnerable individuals, and contribute to improving their lives.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Massachusetts.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
