About The Position

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking dedicated LPNs or RNs for their new Medically Complex Program, designed to serve youth with complex medical needs requiring 24-hour nursing care. This program supports individuals who may have sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or require medical equipment. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each youth, providing them with enriching opportunities for growth and learning, with the ultimate goal of helping each child reach their full potential. The position is located in Rutland, MA.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Massachusetts.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
