About The Position

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join their Medically Complex Program in Rutland, MA. This program serves youth with complex medical needs requiring 24-hour nursing care, who may also have sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or require medical equipment. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each youth, providing them with opportunities to grow and learn, and helping them reach their full potential. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

  • Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24-hour nursing care to youth with complex medical needs.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each youth.
  • Help build the strengths of vulnerable individuals and contribute to improving their lives.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $31.52/hr to $34.23/hr, depending on education and experience.
  • Shift differentials of $2 for 3pm-11pm shift and $4 for 11pm-9am shift.
