About The Position
We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] to reliably serve patients in Pulaski County, Wright County, Camden County, and Morgan County. This foundational role is focused on routine skilled nurse visits for medication setup and general health assessment, typically 30-60 minutes in length and conducted in patients' homes. The position offers flexible scheduling, with options for part-time up to full-time visits, and does not require nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duty unless desired. As a nurse with Integrity Home Health Care, you will work one-on-one with patients in their home and community to help them maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest. Requirements
- Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve patients in Pulaski County + Wright County + Camden County + Morgan County
- Perform routine 30-60min in home visits
- Conduct routine skilled nurse visits for med set up & general health assessment
- Work one on one with patients in their home and community to help them maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest
