Requirements

• Current SC LPN or RN license in good standing
• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with high moral integrity

Nice To Haves

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local LTC regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and health status.
• Providing direct patient care, including wound care and personal hygiene.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Adhering to all Federal, State, and local LTC regulations.
• Participating in patient care planning and team meetings.
