Dublin Post Acute is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions. Requirements
- Current Ohio LPN License in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
- Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations
