About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed for new graduates to flourish in their nursing careers, offering opportunities to learn new skills, grow with challenges, succeed in assignments, and advance. We provide one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive paid training from day one. Our accredited Simulation labs and focus on quality care ensure you enter the field comfortable and confident. We care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing you to explore your passions in home care.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
- Full-time availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
