About The Position
BAYADA is seeking LPNs to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients, and their Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
- Full-time availability
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
- Engage in in-depth training from day one.
- Work in adult and pediatric Simulation labs.
- Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
