About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care provides in-home care to clients with complex medical needs. The LPN, Nurse, Private Duty role provides one-to-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling, including day and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, with no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem arrangements are available; per-diem nurses work four shifts per month. Open client hours are in Orange, Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam counties, and The Bronx, New York.

BAYADA supports nurses through personalized paid training, onboarding tailored around availability, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and user-friendly electronic charting. Training includes award-winning SIM labs. The role is paid weekly and offers opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• At least one year of experience under a nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one in-home nursing care to clients with complex medical needs and varied acuity levels.
• Use electronic charting to document care.
• Participate in onboarding and paid training to support care for a variety of clients and skill levels.
