About The Position

BAYADA is seeking motivated new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering a chance to explore various passions within nursing. The program provides in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Full-time commitment to the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Comply with all state/local mandates as a home health care provider.
