About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and driven new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their accredited Nurse Residency Program. This program offers comprehensive paid training from day one, focusing on developing new nurses into confident and skilled professionals in home care. BAYADA provides one-on-one patient care, allowing nurses to work closely with individuals of all ages and diagnoses, fostering exploration of their passions. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care and offers robust support through Clinical Managers and award-winning simulation labs.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in adult and pediatric simulation labs.
- Interest in exploring diverse patient populations and diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home care setting.
- Utilize electronic charting systems (Statewise).
- Participate in in-depth paid training and simulation lab exercises.
- Receive around-the-clock clinical support from managers.
- Work flexible schedules tailored to availability.
