About The Position

BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients and provides in-depth training and support for new nurses. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to work with people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The Garden City team specifically offers exceptional 1:1 training and a supportive management team.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
• Participate in in-depth paid training.
• Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
