About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients and offers comprehensive training and support for new nurses. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC), making it the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. Nurses will have the opportunity to work with people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing them to explore their passions. The Manchester team offers exceptional 1:1 training and a supportive management team.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Receive around-the-clock clinical support.
