About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our New Grad Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help you flourish in your nursing career by learning new skills, growing with every challenge, and succeeding in each assignment. We offer one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training from day one. Our accredited program, the only one of its kind in home care accredited by the ANCC, focuses on quality care and ensures you enter the field comfortable and confident. You will have the opportunity to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing you to explore your passions. The Hauppauge team provides exceptional 1:1 training by a seasoned Clinical Educator and a supportive management team dedicated to finding the perfect schedule fit for you.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
