Agemark Senior Living is seeking a passionate and compassionate LPN Memory Care Manager for Holland Farms in Norwalk, IA. This role involves leading a team, providing exceptional care to residents with cognitive challenges, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Requirements

LPN license in the State of IA.
Experience overseeing residents and staff.
2+ years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.
Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with computers and social media.
A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and step into other roles as needed.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor the memory care team, fostering an environment of trust, compassion, and respect.
Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to empower staff.
Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.
Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.
Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and maintain the neighborhood's welcoming, safe, and organized condition.
