About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire LPNs and Medical Assistants to join their Dermatology team. This role involves providing practical nursing care to patients in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards, and PNHS policy. The position requires promoting a safe, therapeutic environment and advocating for patients. The role supports multiple areas within a clinic setting, requiring strong interpersonal skills and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and rights. The dermatology department offers a collaborative and supportive team-centered culture with a focus on work-life balance, flexible hours, and competitive compensation. Park Nicollet Dermatology is the largest group in Minnesota with six locations and employs over 40 providers and a large support staff. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing (for LPN).
Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing (for LPN).
Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) (for MA).
Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
