About The Position
Saint Clare's Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Med/Surg team. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills within the scope of practice. Care addresses patients’ psychosocial, physical, and general needs and supports communication with patients and their families. The LPN performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a part-time position on the night shift.
Requirements
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience in an applicable setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services within the scope of practice.
- Address the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of patient care.
- Meet the communication needs of patients and their families.
- Perform under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
