Requirements
- Associate's Degree and Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
- Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of LVN Experience.
- 6 months of working in a clinical, patient-facing capacity on an interdisciplinary team
