About The Position

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and carry out patient care plans.
• Build relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs in support of recovery.
• Recognize and celebrate patient progress.
