Job Diva ID: 26-04996 Position Title: LPN – LTC Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. Duration: 13 Week Work Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM Pay rate : $40 - $45/hr. Seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Weekend Warrior availability may be considered.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
- Strong communication, clinical, and time-management skills.
Nice To Haves
- LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Complete assessments, documentation, and care plans.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation using PCC.
