About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in North Dakota. The role involves working in a skilled nursing and long-term acute care setting providing direct patient care during night shifts.
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Experience with trachs, vents, PEG tubes, and wound care preferred
- Ability to work rotating night shifts including weekends
Nice To Haves
- LTC experience preferred
- IV certification preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to LTC and rehab residents
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage care for patients with trachs, vents, PEG tubes, and wound care needs
- Assist with medication administration alongside support staff
- Follow facility protocols and maintain quality standards of care
