About The Position

18-week Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting with 40 guaranteed hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Every other weekend is required. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality long-term care. Candidates should be prepared to participate in a clinical interview as part of the hiring process.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in NE
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Strong medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
• Successful completion of the required clinical interview
• Nebraska DHHS screening must be completed within 48 hours of placement
