About The Position

This is a 13-week assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Boscobel, Wisconsin. The role involves working 5x8-hour evening shifts in a long-term care setting. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and supporting individualized care plans. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality resident care.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong medication administration skills
• Strong resident assessment skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
• Experience with wound care
• Experience with admissions
