About The Position
We are actively hiring an experienced T-LPN for an excellent contract opportunity with Southeast Colorado Hospital District located in Springfield. Requirements
- Active LPN License
- Basic Life Support / Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Less than 1 year experience accepted
- Strong patient care and charting skills

- LTC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for continuity of care
