LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Crisis Stabilization
About The Position
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Crisis Stabilization Unit for an adult program. The LPN will work the Day Shift from 7am to 7:30pm. This position will float as needed to other units, including dual diagnosis, acute inpatient adult, senior, and adolescent programs. Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed inpatient facility specializing in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Their continuum of care includes adolescent residential treatment, inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for addictions. Requirements
- Current license or permit to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.

Responsibilities
- Work the Day Shift LPN from 7am - 7:30pm.
- Work in the Crisis Stabilization Unit for the adult program.
- Float as needed to other units based on needs to include dual diagnosis, acute inpatient adult, senior and adolescent programs.
